Our Mission
Our Vision
Our Cultural Foundation
Our culture is easy to see but hard to define. It is captured in our beliefs, our values, the actions we take, the language we use, the stories we tell, and how we care for each other. We believe our culture binds us together, provides competitive advantage, offers a sense of connection and meaning, creates passion, and enables achievements. It’s never mandated but always steered and encouraged. We’re proud of our culture and how every team member positively impacts it.
Our Core Values
- Integrity: Always act with integrity. This is more than just honesty and accountability – be truthful, do what you said you would do, take responsibility, own your work, and seek to always do the right thing.
- Transparency: Be transparent in your intentions, actions, and communications. Avoid passive aggression, power-seeking, information-hoarding, or other negative behaviors requiring opaqueness or obfuscation.
- Individual Respect: You are interacting with a person that has a name, their own life experiences, and their self-interests. Act accordingly.

Christa Bemis
Managing Director
As Thomas Edison so eloquently put it, ‘Strategy without execution is hallucination.’ As Managing Director at Documoto, my job is to ensure we not only listen to our customers but also make strategic decisions that drive business growth, operational efficiency, and long-term value for both our company and our customers. By fostering strong partnerships and maintaining a relentless focus on value, we create lasting success for everyone we serve.
ABOUT CHRISTA
Christa joined Documoto in 2014 and, starting in 2018, spent five years managing the Customer Success and Professional Services team. Later, she spent a year as Director of Product. In 2025, after over a decade of working hand-in-hand with customers in the manufacturing and asset-intensive space, she transitioned to General Manager. In this role, she is focused on driving business growth, operational excellence, and strategic innovation to ensure Documoto delivers measurable value to its customers. She remains passionate about this industry and is dedicated to fostering strong partnerships while delivering solutions that make a real difference in the way OEMs aftermarket businesses operate.
Christa is originally from the Marshall Islands but spent most of her childhood near the Denver area and now lives near Madison, Wisconsin, with her family and dog Buckley. Christa enjoys chasing her toddler around and is a foodie who loves to travel (domestically and internationally). She thrives in the Spring through Fall, when she can enjoy hiking and lake activities (from boating to jet-skiing and paddle-boarding).

"Warren Buffet once said, ‘You will succeed if you have delighted customers. Don’t settle for satisfied.’
In Professional Services, delight means more than uptime or feature functionality - it’s about execution. My mission at Documoto is to ensure every customer implementation, migration, and integration meets our high standards for quality, speed, and impact. We deliver more than just projects; we deliver outcomes aligned to our customers’ goals."
ABOUT ANDI
Andi Kirtland joined Documoto in 2016, starting her career as an Implementation Specialist. Today, Andi is the "voice of the customer" at Documoto: her expertise with the OEM aftermarket ecosystem of roles, software, and systems, combined with her deep understanding of the industry, helps her advocate for users, pushing for features and functionality that anticipate their needs.
When she's not managing and mentoring Documoto's Professional Services team, she can be found enjoying the natural beauty of Oregon with her husband and dog, Arlo. Her passions include exploring new destinations, practicing yoga, immersing herself in live music, trekking through nature trails, and embarking on paddleboarding adventures.

“I’ve always believed that Customer Success is more than just helping customers use a product—it’s about understanding the people behind the logos. When we take the time to learn a customer’s story, we uncover what truly matters to them. Their goals become our goals. At Documoto, I approach Customer Success as a partnership rooted in trust, empathy, and shared wins. Sure, functionality matters—but relationships are the real differentiator. When we listen deeply and connect authentically, we don’t just solve problems—we build lasting value.”
ABOUT ERIN
